As the House of Representatives debates repealing the discriminatory "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy banning openly gay and lesbian citizens from serving in our military, our own Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin took to the floor of the House to urge her colleagues to support fairness and oppose discrimination.
